There are two models of two-story houses from which you may choose the one you prefer. Keep in mind that you can make variations on the inside walls of the second floor, prior consultation with our architect. Some extra fees may apply for this service.

This is the house with the most square feet of construction in Prados
del Oeste. You can build and extra large attic. So spacious, in fact, that some homeowners have used it as an extra room. |

This is esentially the same as the previous model, Segovia.
It is just as versatile, "growing" as your family
does. In the second floor, the bedroom beside the master bedroom
can be converted into a walk-in closet and then back into a
bedroom as needed. The master bathroom can be enlarged to accomodate
a tub. In the ground floor, the storage space can become a small
office or even a full bathroom.
