There are five models of two-story houses from which you may choose the
one you prefer. Keep in mind that you can make variations on
the inside walls of the second floor, prior consultation with
our architect. Some extra fees may apply for this service.

Advantages
This is one of the most space-efficient models in the
market today, featuring four spacious bedrooms and 3 complete
bathrooms in only 2065 square feet. The storage space can be
converted into a half bath; the bedroom in the ground floor
can become a TV room or an office. For extra storage, an attic
can be built in the ceiling of the second floor. There are many
other variations that can be done to this model. Please consult
with our salespeople to obtain all possible models.

Advantages
The most versatile of models, Segovia is a house that can "grow"
as your family does. In the second floor, the bedroom beside
the master bedroom can be converted into a walk-in closet. The
master bathroom can be enlarged to accomodate a tub. A veranda
can be built at a later time, converting this house into a Segovia
with Veranda, which is the following model.

This is esentially the same as the previous model, Segovia.
It is just as versatile, "growing" as your family
does. In the second floor, the bedroom beside the master bedroom
can be converted into a walk-in closet and then back into a
bedroom as needed. The master bathroom can be enlarged to accomodate
a tub. In the ground floor, the storage space can become a small
office or even a full bathroom.

Advantages
Salamanca is a spacious home that lets in a lot of light and has
an advantageous position in the neighborhood. It will also have
plenty of front yard area. The layout has changed somewhat from
what you see above but we have not yet been able to place it here.

Advantages:
If you like really spacious bedrooms, this is the model for you.
This is the house with the most square feet of construction in Prados
del Oeste. You can build and extra large attic. So spacious, in fact, that some homeowners have used it as an extra room. |
