Urbanizaciones
del Poniente is a young real estate development company whose mission
is to build homes in which their owner will enjoy quality of life. We
choose the best materials and carefully design our neighborhoods taking
the natural environment into consideration. Client service is very important
to us; we know it is also important for our clients. That is why we
take special care to let you choose as much of your home furnishings
as possible, and are also extra careful with inspections of personalized
details. By means of strategic alliances Urbanizaciones del Poniente
has achieved horizontal and vertical integrations which allow us to
give you better service and add value to our homes. We do our own investigation,
design, construction, marketing, and sales, and also have a maintenance
crew for sold houses.
Vision
Our vision is to become a company that designs and develops innovative projects
that incorporate more and better homeowner services. At this point Urbanizaciones
del Poniente is studying two more projects.
Members
Urbanizaciones del Poniente has two members that participate in the
development of Prados del Oeste:
Roy Garnier: Held high management positions in CEFA Corporation
over the past 25 years, and has served in the Board of Directors of
several important Costa Rican companies. As Director of our company
he makes decisions regarding company finances and strategic planning.
Alejandro Rivas: Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years' experience as a
high level executive for one of the largest Central American holding
companies. He acts as General Manager of Condominio Residencial Prados
del Oeste and is actively engaged in seeking new development opportunities.
Operative Structure
Urbanizaciones del Poniente outsources most construction services, like masonry, electricity,
roofing, painting, etc., but determining our clients' needs,
purchasing quality materials, and supervising are taken care of by our direct collaborators,
some of which are:
Project Manager
José Francisco Aguiar Maroto, Civil Engineer with a
Master's Degree in Project Management. Experienced in the construction
of upscale houses both in San José and at the beaches, he is in
charge of coordinating the efforts of all contractors involved.
